Cumprimentei o balconista da papelaria e ele fazendo pouco caso me respondeu que levaria trinta minutos o atendimento, porém em nenhum momento me dirigiu o olhar para pedir que aguardasse. péssimo atendimento. O pior venda é aquela que você faz apenas uma vez, e muito pior, é as que não aconteceram por falta de respeito e atendimento para com o seu cliente. Aos que querem empreender no ramo da papelaria, tem mercado e a concorrência não tem diferencial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fico triste de ter que dar essa avaliação pra uma empresa da região a qual eu poderia contar sempre pra fazer meus materiais, mas preciso alertar outras pessoas porque meu dinheiro não cai do céu...
Pedi meus cartões de visita, combinamos o hot stamping dourado por causa da minha marca que é dourada, e quando veio estava errado, prateado e algumas partes não estavam muito legíveis, mas isso relevei. A primeiro momento eles pareceram dispostos a resolver o problema e prometeram refazer e me entregar o correto e eu concordei esperar, eles atrasaram e eu tive que cobrar, ele disse que o hot stamping “ouro” tava atrasado. OK, mais uma vez fui paciente e aguardei. Pois atrasou mais uma vez o prazo e eu tive que cobrar novamente... Mas o pior não é isso, quando fui buscar, a surpresa, exatamente o mesmo cartão prateado, ele só deixou as letras mais grossas (?). Se não tinha como fazer dourado era só dizer. E pra piorar quando questionei fui ignorada, não me responderam mais, o que aliás é o único motivo de escrever essa avaliação e não o cartão errado em si. Falta de profissionalismo e de respeito com o cliente. Então amigos, recomendo que gastem seu dinheirinho suado em uma gráfica de verdade.

At first they seemed willing to solve the problem and promised to redo and deliver the correct one and I agreed to wait, they were late and I had to charge, he said that the hot stamping “gold” was late. OK, once again I was patient and waited. Because the deadline was delayed once more and I had to charge again... But the worst part is not that, when I went to get it, the surprise, exactly the same silver card, it only left the letters thicker (?). If there was no way to make gold, just say it. And to make matters worse when I questioned I was ignored, they didn't answer me anymore, which by the way is the only reason for writing this review and not the wrong card itself. Lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. So friends, I recommend that you spend your hard-earned money on a real printer.
