Foi meu primeiro e último contato com a empresa, acredito que o atendimento ao cliente seja o básico que qualquer empresa pode fazer para atestar seu profissionalismo e respeito. Farei propaganda gratuita e sem esforço algum aos amigos e conhecidos pra que não sejam clientes desta empresa.
Landline phone doesn't work, they don't answer on the cell phone, through whatsapp they viewed the messages but didn't respond. It was just a simple answer whether or not you have a product. It was my first and last contact with the company, I believe that customer service is the basic thing that any company can do to attest to their professionalism and respect. I will advertise free of charge and without any effort to friends and acquaintances so that they are not customers of this company.
