I recently had an excellent experience with the pharmacy. I was assisted by a very friendly and caring girl named Mariane, who gave me all sorts of information to help me with my problem. I congratulate the institution for having professionals prepared to serve us. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência.Não têm compromisso com horário de entrega.Solicitei 3 fórmulas diferentes, duas delas foram entregues com embalagens diferentes e rótulos iguais, conclusão, devolvi tudo. Para mim, uma empresa que vende "coxinha" em embalagem de "leite" e com rótulo de "coxinha", ao meu ver, não merece credibilidade.
Bad experience. They have no commitment to delivery times. I asked for 3 different formulas, two of which were delivered with different packaging and the same labels, conclusion, I returned everything. For me, a company that sells "coxinha" in "milk" packaging and with a "coxinha" label, in my view, does not deserve credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pelo whats mais ou menos,não tem horário certo pra entrega e durante a conversa a pessoa do outro lado manda msg sem sentido,não entendi muito bem qual é que é,mas o produto chegou ?
Service through whats more or less, there is no set time for delivery and during the conversation the person on the other end sends a meaningless msg, I didn't quite understand what it is, but the product arrived ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro xampu foi feito corretamente, já na segunda vez que encomendei fizeram totalmente errado, super consistente parecendo uma cola, impossível de usar, a coloração também ficou diferente.Tive que levar de volta pra eles fazerem denovo. Se isso acontecer mais uma vez vou trocar de farmácia.
The first shampoo was done correctly, the second time I ordered they did it totally wrong, super consistent looking like a glue, impossible to use, the coloring was also different. I had to take it back for them to do it again. If that happens one more time, I will switch pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, falta de comprometimento, não fui avisa que o remédio não estava pronto , fui busca , falaram que fica pronto. Não ficou , mandarão entregar na minha casa , uma demora na entrega, um descaso com o cliente. Totalmente insatisfeita. Não faço mais nada com eles!!!
Terrible, lack of commitment, I was not warned that the medicine was not ready, I went to look for it, they said it was ready. It didn't stay, they will have it delivered to my house, a delay in delivery, a disregard for the customer. Totally dissatisfied. I don't do anything with them anymore!!!
