★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Não adianta ligar. Funcionários, sem exceção, realizando o trabalho de mau vontade e, como sempre, fazendo os famosos "arrumadinhos". Da última vez que precisei tirar identidade, que inclusive foi essa semana (10/12/2018) cheguei ao local 8h30.
Peguei a ficha IF066. Quando cheguei, estava na ficha IF011. Esperei 2h. E sabe em que ficha estava? Pasmem: IF019. Resultado: saí às 16h de lá. Isso mesmo: 4 horas da tarde. Ainda fui entendido com cara feia.
 Terrible service. No use calling. Employees, without exception, doing the work grudgingly and, as always, making the famous "tidy up". The last time I needed to get an ID, which was this week (12/10/2018) I arrived at the location at 8:30 am.
I got the IF066 token. When I arrived, it was on file IF011. I waited 2h. And do you know what file it was on? Amazingly: IF019. Result: I left at 4 pm from there. That's right: 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I was still frowned upon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse já e péssimo, vc não consegue agendar nada por ele, só para vc ter idéia só tem vaga para o seguro desemprego em fevereiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento. Cheguei ao local 1 hora antes do agendamento, o local estava bem vazio. Lugar espaçoso e aconchegante.
Não tive problemas para emissão de documentos. O importante é consegui agendar, após o agendamento tudo fica mais fácil.
I liked the service. I arrived at the place 1 hour before the appointment, the place was very empty. Spacious and cozy place.
I had no problems issuing documents. The important thing is to schedule, after scheduling everything is easier.

I'm trying to call this number numerous times that appears here in the description and doesn't answer, it only gives as busy and when it calls, it stays there calling and doesn't answer !!!!!!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem 6 meses que estou tentando agendar o rg e não consigo . Simplesmente pq O site não tem vaga nunca . Um absurdo, o número não funciona. Cansei de ligar e não atendem. Falta de respeito deveriam disponibilizar um que funcionasse .
