A empresa tem que prezar muito pelos funcionários desde o recepcionista Rodrigo muito atencioso e educado, a Karina, Jean, técnica de enfermagem Isabela e ao técnico de imagem Alexandre. Todos excelentes profissionais, com certeza fazem a diferença.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento foi impecável, porém o corpo clínico que realiza os laudos deixa a desejar. Realizei 4 exames de imagem e por incrível que pareça, todos os exames estavam com laudos não condizente com as imagens. Entrei em contato como Sac para informar o ocorrido e solicitar um novo laudo, mas não obtive retorno, fui pessoalmente a unidade e também sem respostas. Acredito que um laboratório que preza pela excelência, deva investir em profissionais capacitados para cumprir o que promete.
The service was impeccable, but the clinical staff that carries out the reports leaves something to be desired. I performed 4 imaging exams and oddly enough, all exams had reports not consistent with the images. I contacted Sac to inform what happened and request a new report, but I didn't get a return, I went personally to the unit and also without answers. I believe that a laboratory that values excellence should invest in professionals who are trained to fulfill what it promises.

Que laboratório MARAVILHOSO! Desde a recepção, até o café pós-jejum (diferente de qualquer outro laboratório, com um cardápio incrível e incluso)! Ponto alto para as enfermeiras com quem tive contato: Vanessa e Rosi, que são duas lindas! Quero deixar aqui o meu agradecimento ao carinho, à atenção, à empatia, à simpatia, à dedicação e ao profissionalismo das enfermeiras que me acompanharam. Duas funcionárias excepcionais! Na atenção, na calma, no acompanhamento do processo e claro, no seus trabalhos!
Laboratório limpo, organizado, com atendimento no tempo esperado e equipes treinadas e qualificadas para todo o processo.
O prazo para o retorno dos resultados dos exames também é algo que gostaria de parabenizar, pois são muito rápidos e o sistema para visualizar/baixar os exames online é excelente.

What a WONDERFUL laboratory! From the reception, to the post-fast coffee (unlike any other laboratory, with an incredible and included menu)! High point for the nurses I had contact with: Vanessa and Rosi, who are both beautiful! I want to leave here my thanks for the affection, attention, empathy, sympathy, dedication and professionalism of the nurses who accompanied me. Two exceptional employees! In attention, calm, monitoring the process and, of course, in their work!
Clean, organized laboratory, with timely service and trained and qualified teams for the entire process.
The deadline for returning exam results is also something I would like to congratulate, as they are very fast and the system for viewing/downloading exams online is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui coletar RT-PCR em drive-thru, mas o exame é feito na garagem subterrânea do laboratório, inclusive difícil de manobrar o veículo. Atendimento foi muito bom.
I went to collect RT-PCR in a drive-thru, but the exam is done in the laboratory's underground garage, which makes it difficult to maneuver the vehicle. Service was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida na recepcao porem a empresa precisa atualizar devidamente seu site! Fiz upload do pedido medico do exame, fiz ate o checking online para esta unidade, e ao chegar la fui informada que nao realizavam esse exame, ou seja, só perdi tempo.
I was well attended at the reception but the company needs to properly update its website! I uploaded the medical request for the exam, I even did the online checking for this unit, and when I got there I was informed that they did not perform this exam, that is, I just wasted time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de fácil acesso, estacionamento com manobrista no local. Prédio super limpo e atendimento impecável ! Os laudos a maioria das vezes saem antes do informado.
Os profissionais que fazem a coleta dos exames, são super gentis e atenciosos, ja precisei fazer exames no meu filho de 4 anos e foi super tranquilo. Pegaram a veia de primeira, ficaram conversando com ele, pra distrair... Foram além das expectativas.
Possuem uma copa super bem equipada, onde após a execução dos exames é disponibilizado um café super completo, com opções free lactose, diet... Muffins, sucos (AS CRIANÇAS TAMBÉM ADORAM!).
Location easily accessible, valet parking on site. super clean and impeccable service building! The reports most of the time out before informed.
The professionals that make the collection of tests, are super kind and considerate, already had to do exams on my 4 year old son and it was super quiet. They took the vein first, they were talking to him, to distract ... it was beyond expectations.
Have a cup super well equipped, where after carrying out the inspections is available a complete super cafe with free lactose options, diet ... muffins, juices (CHILDREN ALSO ADORE!).
