★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa fadada ao desastre: começa bem e depois desanda nos préstimos, e o pior: lava as mãos como se nada acontecesse. Não recomendo sob hipótese alguma. Pelos prejuízos que tenho tido com a mesma(posto que 90% do meu trabalho depende de internet estável e de qualidade), devo aciona-la na justiça em breve. Sugiro que os demais assinantes prejudicados façam o mesmo.
 A company doomed to disaster: it starts well and then breaks down in service, and the worst: wash your hands as if nothing happened. I don't recommend it under any circumstances. For the losses that I have had with it (since 90% of my work depends on a stable and quality internet), I must sue it in court soon. I suggest that the other injured subscribers do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo dia fico 3 horas ou mais em cada turno do dia ( manhã, tarde, noite). Além de oferecerem preços muito caros para pacotes que não chegam ao nível de uma corrente.
Pago caríssimo e não tenho serviço de qualidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim aqui depois de alguns anos, hoje em dia não uso esse internet, usei em 2017 a 2018 e só foi desgraça, caía toda hora, nunca joguei nenhum jogo descentemente, além disso não conseguia estudar, bom, dito isso, não recomendo pra ninguém, pior internet que usei na minha vida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as noites a velocidade cai, isso é fato! E toda vez que chove são dias sem Internet. O atendimento on line /por telefone é ruim pois demoram dias pra resolver os problemas, mas o presencial é horrível. Atendentes mal educados e debochados ... A empresa não respeita em nada o cliente. Não contratem! Me arrependi amargamente!
Every night the speed drops, that's a fact! And every time it rains, it's days without Internet. The online/phone service is bad because it takes days to solve the problems, but the face-to-face service is horrible. Poorly educated and mocking attendants... The company does not respect the customer at all. Don't hire! I regretted it bitterly!

Very bad the person pays to have internet that can not use the signal drops is three weeks or worse you call send a msg and it does not solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei que o problema era meu roteador velho, ou a velocidade ser pouca pelo pacote(valor).
Mais pelo visto os comentários são quase todos os mesmos, internet cai umas 3 a 4 vezes no mês, choveu, esquece internet, fora que toda vez que mandamos mens, dizem que o suporte está sendo feito. Decepção real.
I thought the problem was my old router, or the speed was low for the package (value).
More apparently the comments are almost all the same, internet drops 3-4 times a month, it rained, forget internet, besides that every time we send mens, they say that support is being done. Real disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet que já contratei em toda minha vida, não pode dar uma chuva que fica off, suporte técnico também e horrível liga pra lá não tem se quer uma estimativa de tempo para retorno.
Definitivamente não contratem alta rede que é só aborrecimento, se paga um mês de internet mas só funciona 20 dias.
Worst internet I've ever hired in my life, there can't be a shower that stays off, technical support too and horrible calls there, you don't even have an estimate of time for return.
Definitely don't hire high network which is just a hassle, you pay for a month of internet but it only works for 20 days.
