Descobri, por sorte, no dia seguinte, pq o pedreiro que cobriu a laje e colocou as telhas viu. O calheiro tentou dizer q já estava quebrada, mas a telha tinha sido instalada no dia anterior por um profissional de confiança que trabalha comigo há anos e se quebrasse, tínhamos telha reserva. Portanto, quebrou, escondeu e mentiu. Realizou, ainda, um péssimo acabamento não tapando uma lateral da calha.. Quando reclamei, o responsável fez um acabamento péssimo e de má vontade, pregando uma chapa de metal cortada a olho e com um prego, rachando o cimento (ver foto abaixo). Não admitiu a culpa pelos erros e teve má vontade em reparar o erro. Preferi que ele não viesse mais e contratei um profissional competente para arrumar os erros.

The plumber tried to say that it was already broken, but the tile had been installed the day before by a trusted professional who has worked with me for years and if it broke, we had spare tile. Therefore, it broke, hid and lied. He also performed a bad finish by not covering one side of the gutter. When I complained, the person in charge made a bad and unwilling finish, nailing a metal plate cut by eye and with a nail, cracking the cement (see photo below) . He did not admit the blame for the errors and was unwilling to repair the error. I preferred that he never came again and hired a competent professional to fix the mistakes.
