★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, péssimo, baixa qualidade, pessimo suporte , vendem o que não te em a oferecer.. Estou a 48 hrs sem internet e ninguém resolve o problema . De domingo dia 01/11 até agora 14:40 hrs do dia 04/11 ninguém resolve o meu problema, só sabem dizer que estab sendo resolvido , e lá se vão 4 dias . Não recomendo a ninguém , pulem fora dessa Alternativa , por eu já tô pesquisando outra empresa de internet e sair fora dessa... FORA ALTERNATIVA.
 Horrible, terrible, low quality, poor support, they sell what they don't offer. I'm 48 hours without internet and nobody solves the problem. From Sunday 11/1 until now 14:40 hrs from 11/4 nobody solves my problem, they only know how to say it is being solved, and there are 4 days. I don't recommend it to anyone, skip this Alternative, because I'm already researching another internet company and get out of this ... OUTSIDE ALTERNATIVE.

A cada 4 dias o técnico tem que vim a minha residência resolver as quedas constantes , isso quando eles querem e no horário que eles desejam lhe atender , estou aguardando mais uma vez o atendimento desde as 9h da manhã e até agr nada, isso eles vieram a 3 atrás dias resolver o mesmo problema ! Horrível pessoal , não contratem esse serviço , existem opções melhores no mercado !!
Horrible, terrible quality! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet não é lá essas coisas, serviço prestado é horroroso, não te atendem, pedem o cpf e somem, simplesmente um desserviço ao pagante! Precisam melhorar no atendimento
The internet is not that great, the service provided is horrible, they don't serve you, they ask for the CPF and disappear, simply a disservice to the payer! They need to improve the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet no cabo ficava excelente na minha casa, porém o wi-fi era péssimo, na minha opinião o técnico tinha q diagnosticar o problema, porém comprei um roteador novo e ficou de boas.
The cable internet was excellent in my house, but the wifi was terrible, in my opinion the technician had to diagnose the problem, but I bought a new router and it was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet cai todo dia, tenho ela mais de 2 anos e de um ano pra cá está de péssima qualidade! É só chegar 22h que ela cai e não volta por nada, eu, que dependo da Internet pra estudar e trabalhar acabo me prejudicando. No momento estou sem internet, usando dos outros desde ontem, voltou hoje de manhã e caiu novamente, no mês de abril fiquei quase uma semana sem internet e irei cobrar meu desconto porque se passa um dia o juros já corre e se não for resolvido irei cancelar e colocar outra, pedi que um técnico viesse olhar a caixinha aqui no poste e só me pedem para fazer procedimentos que não resolvem nada, até agora nada de ninguém vir olhar aqui no poste se tem algum problema.. dois vizinhos meus já cancelaram por estarem de saco cheio de pagar por algo que não está tendo funcionalidade e eu também já estou ficando saturada!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde do dia 03/01/22 sem internet. Desde então, tentei vários contatos, por telefone, whatsapp, fizeram testes e ND. No dia 06/01, abriram um solicitação de reparo por 24h. Hoje, dia 7, estou o dia TD aguardando a visita do técnico, e para minha surpresa, o atendente me informou que terminou o expediente. Provavelmente, só terei atendimento na segunda.
Uma falta de respeito com o cliente.l
I've been without internet since 01/03/22. Since then, I have tried several contacts, by phone, whatsapp, they did tests and ND. On 06/01, they opened a repair request for 24 hours. Today, the 7th, I'm on TD day waiting for the technician to visit, and to my surprise, the attendant informed me that the workday is over. I'll probably only have service on Monday.
