My first experience was not good with my pet puppy. I requested a hygienic tosa! My dog came back with his nails cut “bruised”, and his bruised pee bled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira experiência já foi ruim, pois cortaram a língua do meu cachorro, que é um Yorkshire e gosta de lamber.
Como meu esposo não sabia o que aconteceu, marcou novamente.
E a segunda foi pior ainda, a tosa ficou horrível e meu cachorro está sofrendo horrores com uma otite pois deixaram água entrar, mesmo avisando que não podia. Péssimo!!!!!!!
The first experience was already bad, as they cut out my dog's tongue, which is a Yorkshire and likes to lick.
As my husband didn't know what happened, he called again.
And the second one was even worse, the clipping was horrible and my dog is suffering horribly with otitis because they let water in, even though they said it couldn't. Terrible!!!!!!!
