★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa Tarde a todos, venho alertar a todos que não façam negócio com essa imobiliária, vou descrever a experiência horrível que eu e minha esposa estamos tendo, aliás o nome "Alto Estilo" não tem nada a ver com a empresa em questão, vamos lá, estivemos visitando um apartamento bem próximo a suburbana, um lugar bem localizado onde gostamos muito, daí onde deveríamos realizar um sonho, começou toda nossa dor de cabeça, começamos a entregar toda documentação e por exigência contratual nos foi pedido uma entrada no valor de 30.000,00 (trinta mil reais) como forma de sinal e que deveria ser depositado na conta do proprietário, assim foi feito, mais algo deu errado na avaliação do engenheiro da caixa econômica que aliás o custo de 850,00 (oitocentos e cinquenta reais) saiu do nosso bolso, esse imóvel foi avaliado no valor abaixo do que foi acordado em contrato, daí a imobiliária nos informou que essa diferença que por coincidência seria um valor de mais 30.000 (trinta mil), dai já da pra imaginar que ninguém tira trinta mil da cartola a hora que quer certo, bom com isso ouve um descumprimento do contrato, informei a eles que não poderia arcar com mais esse valor, então pedimos a devolução do sinal e simplesmente a pessoa que estava com o processo virou pra mim e simplesmente disse "OLHA, SÓ TEM UM PROBLEMA! O PROPRIETÁRIO SÓ PODERÁ DEVOLVER ESSE VALOR QUANDO VENDER O APARTAMENTO, ELE NÃO TEM MAIS ESSE VALOR", gente numa boa, eu confesso que pensei que fosse brincadeira da pessoa comigo, mais não. Era tudo real! Em fim nós sabemos onde tudo isso iria parar certo, justiça e todo transtorno de não ter realizado um sonho que virou pesadelo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa seria e comprometida, os serviços burocráticos da venda é demorado devido a cartórios, porém tudo foi a contento, estou satisfeita e muito bem assessorada na venda do imóvel pela imobiliária.
Eu fui comunicada em toda a fase do processo .
Hoje o presidente e o Governador, poderiam melhorar esta burocracia, assim como a prefeitura do RJ. É Brasil.

Fui encaminhado à um corretor é Ele me informou a respeito do imóvel que queria saber.

Como o sonho de todos é em comprar um imóvel , vejo na Alto Estilo Imobiliaria, , uma imobiliaria séria , que cumpre o que faz, no seu contrato, pela negociação apresentada.
Comprei meu imóvel sem dor de cabeça nenhuma.
Porém tem pessoas que ao ver o imovel em outras ou tantas imobiliarias, questionam o contrato, só que , vi e observei que tem clientes , que não cumprem com o negocio e o contrato, questionando se está certo ou errado.
A alto Estilo , cumpriu com o acordado .
Gostei do atendimento e o negocio realizado ...
