Essa loja.
Fiz minha compra pelo WhatsApp com a vendedora,não questionei desconto e meu pagamento foi avista no pix.
Porém logo em seguida descobri que eles se recusam entregar os materiais adquiridos no meu apartamento.O senhor Jhony me retornou e disse q para subirem meu material até a obra cobrariam mais 140,00 reais o que eu recusei.
Então logo em seguida sem minha autorização o senhor Jhony extornou minha compra.
Acho isso um abuso com o cliente,pois isso deveria ser informado no ato da venda.Imagina deixar os materiais como cimento em área aberta correndo o risco de molhar na chuva.
Desrespeito total com o cliente.

I made my purchase by WhatsApp with the seller, I did not question the discount and my payment was seen in the pix.
But soon after I found out that they refuse to deliver the materials purchased in my apartment. Mr. Jhony returned to me and said that to upload my material to the work they would charge another 140.00 reais which I refused.
Then, without my authorization, Mr. Jhony extorted my purchase.
I think this is an abuse with the customer, as this should be informed at the time of sale. Imagine leaving materials such as cement in an open area at the risk of getting wet in the rain.
Total disrespect for the customer.
