★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei a minha moto para fazer uma revisão na parte elétrica, pois ela havia parado de funcionar bem em frente da oficina. A pessoa responsável por coletar os dados do cliente pegou apenas o meu número de telefone e passou o número da oficina e não me enttegou nenhum documento. Isso aconteceu em um sábado (07/11/2020), o mecânico da oficina me disse que na próxima terça-feira me passaria o orçamento, porém ninguém da oficina entrou em contato comigo. Sendo assim eu tratei de entrar em contato no número que me haviam passado e não obtive resposta alguma, no dia seguinte (quarta-feira) tornei a mandar mensagem, porém não tive nenhuma resposta, no dia seguinte (quinta-feira) mandei outra mensagem e novamente não me responderam, no próximo dia (sexta-feira) enviei uma mensagem de bom dia percebi que o Whatsapp da oficina estava com o status online, porém não me responderam novamente, tentei ligar, e não me atenderam. No mesmo dia já a tarde enviei outra mensagem agora de áudio, reclamando do descaso por estar esse tempo todo querendo saber da moto e a resposta que obtive foi a seguinte: "eu estava online sim, mas estava respondendo outros clientes que estão na frente, não mexemos na sua moto e nem vamos mexer, pode vir buscar". Imediatamente me dirigi até a oficina e retirei a minha moto que precisou ser transportada em uma kombi.

The person responsible for collecting the customer's data took only my phone number and passed the number of the workshop and did not enter any documents. This happened on a Saturday (07/11/2020), the mechanic of the workshop told me that next Tuesday he would give me the budget, but no one from the workshop contacted me. So I tried to contact the number they had given me and I didn't get any answer, the next day (Wednesday) I sent a message again, but I didn't have any answer, the next day (Thursday) I sent another message and again they didn’t answer me, the next day (Friday) I sent a good morning message I realized that the workshop’s Whatsapp was online, but they didn’t answer me again, I tried to call, and they didn’t answer me. On the same day in the afternoon, I sent another audio message now, complaining about the neglect of being wanting to know about the bike all the time, and the answer I got was the following: "I was online, yes, but I was answering other customers who are ahead, we don’t move your bike and we won’t even move, you can come and get it ". Immediately I went to the workshop and removed my motorcycle, which had to be transported in an RV.
