Pois a minha filha perdeu um dinheiro e eu achei que ela tinha perdido na rua e o instalador achou esse dinheiro dentro do meu carro e me chamou na hora e devolveu o valor. Ganharam mais um cliente. para serviços de acessórios vou dar preferência a eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz alguns serviços, fui muito bem atendido, mas, da última vez que fui para trocar uma bateria e as três palhetas dos limpadores a conta deu R$ 583,00. Já tinha achado R$ 488,00 por uma bateria bem caro, e ao questionar o valor, foi informado que além da bateria e palhetas, entrou mais R$ 60,00 de mao-de-obra. Não me recordo de ter pago mao-de-obra para troca de bateria em qualquer outro estabelecimento. Fiquei chateado, achei que era uma loja legal pra cuidar do carro, mas me decepcionei.
Atualização: Sr Márcio entrou em contato e explicou o mal entendido. Gostei da preocupação da empresa em responder ao cliente.
