Do nothing with this company. I hired a service to close the balcony, the delivery time has already exceeded what was foreseen in the contract and no one from the company gives me a satisfaction. Total regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento do Sr. Uranilson e da Virginia, mas a esquadria foi entregue com o comprimento menor que a janela. Reclamei com o Uranilson para que a empresa consertasse a esquadria, porem o proprietário me disse que poderiam usar espuma expansiva para resolver. Então eu mesmo comprei duas peças de cantoneiras tipo L, espuma expansiva e silicone para que desta forma pudessem fazer o melhor acabamento possível. Eu estava em dúvida se atribuía 2 ou 3 estrelas, mas como no final a esquadria está com uma folha de veneziana vazada conforme solicitei e que não encontrei em outras empresas, fica aí minha nota, mas espero que melhorem os processos de confecção e qualidade para que este erro não venha a ocorrer com outros clientes.
Good care from Mr. Uranilson and Virginia, but the frame was delivered shorter than the window. I complained to Uranilson for the company to fix the miter, but the owner told me they could use expansive foam to solve it. So I bought myself two pieces of L-type angles, expansive foam and silicone so that they could make the best finish possible. I was unsure if I would give it 2 or 3 stars, but as the end of the frame is leaked with a shutter sheet as I requested and not found in other companies, this is my note, but I hope they improve the processes of preparation and quality for This error will not occur with other customers.

Contratei essa empresa por indicação de um amigo , sorte dele que não passou pelas raivas que eu passei ! Uma decepção !!
Começaram até bem com a instalação de um guarda corpo mas após isso , só falta de profissionalismo , serviços mal feitos , profissionais sem capacitação , ao ponto de eu ter que cancelar um pedido grande , mesmo perdendo uma parte do capital já pago , por não suportar mais tamanho descaso e falta de profissionalismo!!
Espero que melhorem pois , justiça seja feita , sempre que precisei fazer orcamento ou fechar pedido , contei com a atenção do Sr Uranilson e a simpatia de Virgínia .

I hired this company at the recommendation of a friend, lucky that he did not go through the anger that I went through! A disappointment !!
They started well with the installation of a guardrail, but after that, just a lack of professionalism, poor services, untrained professionals, to the point that I had to cancel a big order, even losing part of the capital already paid, for not supporting more such neglect and lack of professionalism !!
I hope they get better because, justice is done, whenever I needed to quote or close a request, I counted on the attention of Mr. Uranilson and the sympathy of Virginia.
