Acesso fácil para carro, rápido chegar aos principais pontos turísticos para quem não abre mão, e tranquilo para quem quer apenas descansar. Mercado e padaria próximos, alguns restaurantes simples, outros mais sofisticados em pousadas. Boa recepção com água e cervejinha na geladeira.
Well located, far from the Historic Center (therefore far from "muvuca"), close to Jabaquara beach. Easy access by car, quick to reach the main tourist spots for those who do not give up, and quiet for those who just want to rest. Nearby market and bakery, some simple restaurants, others more sophisticated in inns. Good reception with water and beer in the refrigerator.
