★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local, deveria explicar as regras de devolução ao cliente, maneira como deve ser devolvido e horário e não simplesmente dar o contrato para assinar. Além da falta de educação e cordialidade com o cliente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Além disso, na hora de devolver fui surpreendido com um critério de cobrança não informado no momento da locação. O clima é tão tenso que devolvi, paguei e cai fora sem reclamar pq era capaz de arrumarem alguma outra coisa pra eu pagar. Espero nunca mais precisar voltar a esse lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei uma riscadeira pra 15 dias é estava com diamante ruim chegando na obra o pedreiro me informou do problema, liguei na mesma hora para eles e me falaram que não tinham outro diamante pra trocar que era pra eu levar de volta a riscadeira, chegando lá me cobraram uma diária.
Resumo 90 reais a quinzena e paguei 50 pelo dia onde só usei pra perder duas peça de piso. Falta de respeito com cliente.
I rented a riscadeira for 15 days and I had a bad diamond arriving at the construction site the mason informed me of the problem, I called them right away and told me that they had no other diamond to change that I was supposed to take the riscadeira back, getting there charged a daily.
Summary 90 reais a fortnight and paid 50 for the day where I only used to lose two pieces of floor. Lack of respect for the client.
