Confusing service, I did not get the laundry I ordered because it was not ready when I went to get it. There was no clarity in the instructions for removing the clothes and they did not know how to handle the customer! I will not be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido levou nosso filho p alugar uma roupa e sapato a moça que atendeu eles foi educada mas na hora que ela foi buscar o sapato p meu filho provar a outra funcionária presente avisou para ela tomar cuidado com alugar sapatos pq eles vão e não voltam sinceramente isso foi humilhante ridícula a situação funcionária totalmente despreparada pago o dobro em outro lugar mas não alugo aí.
My husband took our son to rent a clothes and shoe the girl that attended they was polite but at the time she went to get the shoe p my son to prove the other employee present warned her to be careful with rent shoes because they will and they do not come back sincerely this was ridiculously humiliating the situation totally unprepared employee paid the double elsewhere but did not rent there.

Service was not satisfactory confused at time of delivery wrong order, dirty clothes on delivery, very worn clothes fading.
