★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento porque tercerizou o meu pedido não trouxe o carro que pedi fiquei na mão com um carro pequeno de outro empresa que não tinha outro carro disponível tive que atrasa meus passeios com minha família por incompetência dessa empresa!
I did not like the service because it outsourced my order I did not bring the car I ordered I was on hand with a small car from another company that did not have another car available I had to delay my trips with my family due to the incompetence of that company!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I arrived at the airport with wife, daughter, and luggage. Where is the reserved car? Nothing. They did not even answer calls to the four numbers available. Run away. It's trapped, Bino!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo, meu marido fechou uma reserva com ele, pela propaganda que ele fez no site, amigos , indicaram outras locadoras, mas como agimos corretamente, esperamos pelo dele, na chegada do aeroporto nada do Fabrício e nada do carro, fiquei sabendo que ele terceiriza o aluguel, mau caráter, fiquei eu meu esposo e 1 criança , tem que ser profissional não indico, vou resolver junto com procon e advogado pois isso e infringir o código de defesa do comidor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO! E GOLPE. Aluguei o carro tive a confirmação tanto via e-mail quanto via ZAP e ao chegar no local NÂO TINHA CARRO ALGUM. Desligaram telefone e ZAP. Chamem a Policia.
CAUTION! AND BANG. I rented the car and had the confirmation both via email and via ZAP and when I arrived at the location I DID NOT HAVE ANY CAR. They hung up the phone and ZAP. Call the police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were promised a new pick up for 1 month.
Upon arrival we were told that the model we reserved was not available and they gave us an older pick up for 7400 reais.
This car had several problems and did not meet the necessary safety requirements to be rented.
The front tires were completely worn out , the fuel indicator was broken, the front window did not close, the car did not have the tools for a tire replacement. We had a flat tire and got stock on the road during 5 hours waiting for someone to bring us the tools.
If this would have happened on a remote road we could have been stock for even longer.
We were forced to damage the back window as the car got locked with the keys inside.
(Some strange safety lock that normally doesn’t happen)
Instead of giving us a discount the manager wanted to charge us 400 extra reais and threaten me if I didn’t pay and behaved very unprofessionaly.
I would not recoment this company to anyone.
