★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento desta empresa é horrível! Há alguns meses, solicitei um orçamento de algumas esquadrias para minha casa. Realizaram a visita e, depois disso, nunca mais deram retorno. Eu tinha que entrar em contato constantemente com o vendedor para saber se eles podiam "fazer o favor" de encaminhar os orçamentos das esquadrias para minha análise, mas nunca fui atendido, só enrolado. Resultado: desisti, adquiri as esquadrias com outra empresa e não recomendo a empresa Alumínia para ninguém pela falta de respeito com o consumidor!
The service of this company is horrible! A few months ago, I requested a quote for some window frames for my home. They made the visit and, after that, never returned. I had to contact the seller constantly to find out if they could "do me a favor" by forwarding the frames' budgets for my analysis, but I was never answered, just rolled up. Result: I gave up, acquired the frames with another company and I do not recommend the company Alumínia to anyone for the lack of respect with the consumer!

Horrible after sales I made several requests for corrections in the frames but I was not answered. (Water entering through the frames when it rains). I do not recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, até eles receberem o dinheiro estava tudo bem, depois disso, de mau a pior. Entrega atrasada, pós venda simplesmente não responde as solicitações. Solicitei uma manutenção nas esquadrias 2 meses após instalação, até hoje, 1 ano e meio depois, ainda não corrigiram. Não recomendo.
