★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento para trocar 3 vidros q estavam com cola de adesivo colado pelo antigo proprietário. O orçamento para a troca de vidros novos ficou em 450. Quando veio fazer o serviço, retirou a cola com gasolina, porém, os vidros não ficaram 100%, e o cara me cobrou 300,00 . Várias vezes perguntei quanto ficaria este novo orçamento, e o cara ficou protelando para me dizer o valor após o serviço concluído. Não achei justo. Paguei caro para apenas retirarem a cola do vidro. Não foram trocados por novos. 1L de gasolina custa 5 reais. Fiquei muito chateada. Me senti lesada. 300 contos!!!! Nem colocou vidros novos, e o serviço nem ficou 100% bom!

 I made a budget to exchange 3 glasses q were with adhesive glue glued by the former owner. The budget for changing new glasses was 450. When he came to do the job, he removed the glue with gasoline, however, the glasses were not 100%, and the guy charged me 300.00. Several times I asked how much this new budget would be, and the guy was delaying to tell me the amount after the service was completed. I didn't think it was fair. I paid dearly to just remove the glue from the glass. They were not exchanged for new ones. 1L of gasoline costs 5 reais. I was really upset. I felt injured. 300 contos !!!! Neither put new glasses, and the service was not 100% good!
I felt robbed.
