Contratamos para fazer a troca dos tacos (eu tinha uma caixa fechada no sótão) das beiradas da sala e do quarto, para poder instalar as soleiras de mármore, e posterior lixamento e serviço de sinteco (que não foi feito). Péssima execução e acabamento. Deixou gretas enormes entre os tacos (que ele falou que tampava com a massa PU), não alinhou as beiradas do taco onde será instalada as soleiras (ficou cheia de dentes), mal colada e com tacos estufados. Resumo: tive que retirar todos os tacos e perdi uma caixa de taco de jatobá/cumaru (ele picotou os tacos com uma serra) que custa 660 reais. Segue algumas fotos (estão ruins, minha câmera estava com o vídeo trincado) LAMENTÁVEL !!

Como se não bastasse o péssimo serviço e atendimento, após a publicação da minha avaliação, recebi ameças e xingamentos via WhatsApp. É por atitudes como essa que separamos os profissionais dos medíocres amadores. Print de tela do Zap das ofensas e xingamentos.

Inseri foto (ultima foto) do resultado da colagem dos tacos, feita por outro profissional, agora sim, um trabalho bem feito !! Mesmo com a casa estando fora do "esquadro".
Rude and poorly done service !! We hired them to exchange the clubs (I had a closed box in the attic) on the edges of the living room and bedroom, in order to install the marble thresholds, and subsequent sanding and synthetic service (which was not done). Bad execution and finish. He left huge cracks between the clubs (which he said he covered with PU putty), did not align the edges of the club where the sills will be installed (it was full of teeth), poorly glued and with swelled clubs. Summary: I had to remove all the clubs and I lost a box of Jatobá/cumaru clubs (he chopped them up with a saw) which costs 660 reais. Here are some pictures (they are bad, my camera had the video cracked) EXCELLENT !!
