★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento demora para atender descaso com os clientes em geral um pequeno pedido vc passa no mínimo 2horas e meia para ser liberado com seu pedido péssimo não indico a ninguém péssima loja

Tem poucos colaboradores para retiradas de pedido e acaba passando até 2h para retirar o pedido as vezes é 1 item apenas e uma tramitação desnecessária

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema aqui é esse esquema de liberação do material para quem vem resgatar na loja. Nossa, burocracia que atrasa a vida e não é só um achar meu.. sempre que vou muitos reclamam TB.
Mas os vendedores são jóia, os preços ótimos!.
Se for para entrega, é show de bola. Pelomenos era quando eu trabalhava em obra. Pedia até às 15h de um dia, no outro pela manhã já estavam entregando.
O ruim aqui é para quem vem buscar. Mesmo que se enviei o pedido de compra . O processo aqui para separar, chamar para conferir, voltar para pagar, e ir lá carregar... Misericórdia..
O ambiente é agradável e oferecem sempre café e água.
Mas o nosso tempo vale mais que isso.
