Diante do atraso da hora marcada, liguei a respeito e o funcionário diz ter feito contato com o técnico e retornou remarcando outra hora, para o dia seguinte. O técnico não compareceu, e hoje dia 17/02/22, 24h após, nenhuma satisfação por parte da empresa. 15 anos no mercado, mas não cumpre o que diz, falta com a verdade e não respeita o cliente. (Pode ter sido um livramento que tive, por um aborrecimento maior que eu poderia ter caso contratasse essa prestadora de serviço). Obrigado Deus
TERRIBLE COMPANY. I called, a date/time was scheduled for the technical visit. Faced with the delay of the appointment, I called about it and the employee says he made contact with the technician and returned to reschedule another time, for the next day. The technician did not show up, and today 02/17/22, 24 hours later, no satisfaction from the company. 15 years in the market, but doesn't live up to what it says, lacks the truth and doesn't respect the customer. (It may have been a release I had, for a bigger annoyance than I could have had if I hired this service provider). Thanks God
