Contratei o serviço por indicação e foi tudo muito bem, desde o atendimento das vendedoras Evelin e Amanda, que foram super atenciosas e prestativas comigo, sanando todas as minhas dúvidas e me dando sugestões super interessantes, fundamental em minha escolha quanto ao material e cores. Também fui muito bem atendido pela equipe da fábrica a qual me direcionaram após a venda, e também muito bem atendido pelos montadores. Super recomendo o trabalho deles.
Hello!!! I had the bathroom sink and kitchen sink assembled with them, set up on 01/21/2021, within the specified deadline. I hired the service by referral and everything went very well, from the attendance of the salespeople Evelin and Amanda, who were super attentive and helpful with me, solving all my doubts and giving me super interesting suggestions, fundamental in my choice regarding material and colors. I was also very well attended by the factory staff who directed me after the sale, and also very well attended by the assemblers. I highly recommend their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi a pior possível, fechei com a AM mármores em outubro, fizeram a instalação em Dezembro e as pedras com cores diferentes (branco e areia). Liguei e pedi a troca, e até o momento nada, nem um parecer de quando vai ser feita a troca, já solicitei a devolução do valor pago, e nenhuma resposta. Péssimo pós venda! Total falta de respeito com os clientes!
My experience was the worst possible, I signed with AM Marbles in October, they did the installation in December and the stones with different colors (white and sand). I called and asked for the exchange, and so far nothing, not even an opinion on when the exchange will be made, I have already requested a refund of the amount paid, and no response. Terrible after sales! Total lack of respect for customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, comprei a bancada da minha pia nessa loja no preto São Gabriel e recebi a Verde Ubatuba que possui o valor inferior, alguns meses depois chamei um profissional de confiança e ele me confirmou que eu tinha sido enganada. Ao falar com a loja novamente fui orientada que a gerente da loja entraria em contato, isso nunca aconteceu. Minha pia é esculpida está infiltrando, sem contar outras dores de cabeça. Eu não avaliei antes porque não gosto de dar avaliações ruins, mas infelizmente todas vez que olho para bancada me deparo com a insatisfação.
I don't recommend it, I bought my sink countertop in this store in São Gabriel and received the Verde Ubatuba which has the lowest price, a few months later I called a trusted professional and he confirmed that I had been deceived. When talking to the store again I was told that the store manager would get in touch, this never happened. My carved sink is seeping, not to mention other headaches. I didn't rate it before because I don't like to give bad reviews, but unfortunately every time I look at the bench I come across dissatisfaction.

Fizeram a instalação da minha pedra na data limite do prazo de 20 dias, não entraram em contato agendando data ou horário, não tive tempo de limpar o local, pela bagatela de R$120,00 tiraram a pia antiga e para completar não enviaram a cuba e não me avisaram que não tinha sido enviado, passei 1 semana sem pia lavando louça na lavanderia. Quando entrei em contato para cobrar a cuba a atendente me pergunta se podem ir instalar naquele mesmo dia, ou seja se eu não entro em contato não me avisam. O que salva é que os rapazes que instalaram eram ótimos, e o produto ficou muito bem instalado, mas as pessoas que cuidam da parte de agendamento deixam muito á desejar.
My experience was not entirely satisfactory. They installed my stone on the deadline of 20 days, they didn't contact me to schedule a date or time, I didn't have time to clean the place, for the price of R$120.00 they removed the old sink and to top it off they didn't send the sink and they didn't tell me it hadn't been sent, I spent 1 week without a sink washing dishes in the laundry room. When I got in touch to charge the vat, the attendant asks me if they can go install it that same day, that is, if I don't get in touch, they don't let me know. What saves is that the guys who installed it were great, and the product was installed very well, but the people who take care of the scheduling part leave a lot to be desired.
