★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da administração aonde todo serviço executado foi feito na seguinte forma de pgt metade na hora e o restante em 3 vezes no boleto. Pelo fato de ter um boleto em aberto com vencimento para 15 dias foi barrado o restante do parcelamento. foi-me dado opção de pagar o restante no cartão ou suposto boleto que irá vencer a 15 dias ou retirar os pneus trocados pois excedeu o limite de r$ 3000 no cadastro Que é CNPJ não fizeram sequer um esforço para contornar a situação onde tive que pagar o boleto para não perder mais tempo observação péssimo atendimento da administração...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um serviço de alinhamento e balanceamento.
O balanceamento ficou ok.
Já o alinhamento ficou horrível, o volante torto e o carro puxando, o carro saiu pior do que entrou, voltei mais uma vez e ainda assim não resolveu, o próprio mecânico responsável rodou comigo no carro e disse que o carro estava perfeito. Por falta de confiança, resolvi deixar para lá e ficar com o prejuízo. Além disso me disseram que haveria de fazer cambagem (meu veículo não possui regulagem do câmber, como quase todos), e então levei na concessionária dois dias após a execução do serviço pela AM, pois meu veículo está em garantia e eles me deram um laudo que o carro estava totalmente fora dos parâmetros e disseream ainda bem que não deixei fazer a cambagem. Resumindo, paguei duas vezes. Uma para "alinhar" na AM pneus e outra para a concessionária.

In short, I paid twice. One to "line up" on AM tires and one for the dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção é agradável. Mas ao me informar que só faltava “fechar” um pouco as rodas no alinhamento, o mecânico insistiu para que eu já fosse pagando. Ao ir em direção ao caixa, no entanto, percebi que ele só entrou debaixo do carro com uma chave, mas apenas retirou os equipamentos de alinhamento, para aproveitar que eu não estava perto, e sair para uma volta no meu carro (Um Jetta), com a desculpa de que era pra testar. Resumo: Ele não fez o alinhamento, ou se fez, fez errado, e insistiu pra eu ir pagar antes dele fazer o alinhamento, para eu sair de perto e ele poder ir dar uma voltinha com meu carro, e agora o carro - que foi para lá sem puxar para nenhum lado - agora fica puxando para esquerda. Óbvio que não tenho mais confiança, e não levarei o carro lá para a garantia. Resolvi vir aqui para alertar os outros clientes. E para eles não dizerem que é avaliação falsa, segue o número da minha OS: OS n. 26525 - Serviço: Checar pastilha, fazer alinhamento e balanceamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que um grupo do tamanho do AM PNEUS possui muito mais capacidade de negociação do que um simples cliente. Acontece que me venderam um pneu da Goodyear que está apresentando ruído intermitente e vibração nos pedais, a deformação do pneu me foi assegurada por um mecânico especializado em condução esportiva. Ao informar o caso à loja quiseram desacreditar meu relato me dizendo que é normal, usando dos mais absurdos argumentos e critérios, atentando contra a minha inteligência. Disseram que não trocariam o pneu mas enviariam à Goodyear um relatório e que se a Goodyear autorizasse fariam a troca. O tal relatório é tão somente fotos(!) e um relato do próprio gerente. Um mês após chega o relatório e como era de se esperar improcedente. A "ajuda" que a loja me deu foi tão somente jogar esse relatório no meu colo e falar se vira lá com a goodyear, contrata um advogado e vai no pequenas causas! É impressionante a falta de profissionalismo de alguns fornecedores no Brasil, o cliente busca uma solução, no caso dois pneus de quase 1000 reais cada, é vendido um pneu ruim, o que não necessariamente implica má-fé do fornecedor, e em vez de buscar a negociação direta entre o fornecedor e o fabricante simplesmente se abstém de qualquer coisa, e o cliente que buscava solução ganhou foi mais um problema pra resolver e ainda a insegurança de rodas com pneus deformados! Um absurdo, não recomendo de maneira alguma.
Um adendo: O pneu que me foi vendido estava no final de sua vida útil, conforme pode ser visto nas fotos (5 anos 2016-21) e a consequência é essa, duas bolhas em um pneu com menos de 1 ano de uso, me obrigando a trocá-lo por questões de segurança.

I happen to be sold a Goodyear tire that is showing intermittent noise and vibration in the pedals, the deformation of the tire was assured to me by a mechanic specialized in sport driving. This report is just photos(!) and a report by the manager himself. A month later, the report arrives and, as expected, it is unfounded. The "help" that the store gave me was just to throw this report in my lap and say if you go there with goodyear, hire a lawyer and go to small claims! The lack of professionalism of some suppliers in Brazil is impressive, the customer seeks a solution, in the case of two tires of almost 1000 reais each, a bad tire is sold, which does not necessarily imply bad faith on the part of the supplier, and instead of seeking the direct negotiation between the supplier and the manufacturer simply abstains from anything, and the customer who was looking for a solution won it was another problem to solve and still the insecurity of wheels with deformed tires! Absurd, I don't recommend it at all.
An addendum: The tire that was sold to me was at the end of its useful life, as can be seen in the photos (5 years 2016-21) and the consequence is this, two blisters on a tire with less than 1 year of use, forcing it to be replaced for security reasons.
