Estou a 5 meses pagando a caixa econômica pela compra e o apartamento não saiu,sendo que a propaganda é entrega imediata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente após assinatura do contrato. Não entrega os documentos de projeto, os quais são direito do cliente na entrega das chaves pela construtora. ATENÇÃO: Sem os referidos documentos é impossível intervir no imóvel sem o risco de danos patrimoniais e pessoais. Os reparos que por ventura sejam feitos geram laudos cujos proprietários não tem acesso. Péssima compra. A pior da minha vida. Todos os proprietários, sem exceção, tem receio, pra não dizer MEDO, de reportar qualquer problema pois o dono da construtora é uma pessoa extremamente mal educada e que usa palavras de baixo calão quando abordado. Pena que ele só se apresenta após o consumidor ter finalizado a compra. Neste momento o assédio e a falta de educação começa. Não recomendo. Fujam!!!
