★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito de passar lá pq mesmo que haja demora sempre tem médicos, e toda a equipe da recepção, médicos e enfermeiros são excelent!!!!
 I really like to go there because even if there is a delay there are always doctors, and all the reception staff, doctors and nurses are excelent!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom enfim como todo atendimento público não é lá essas coisas ☺️ esse é diferenciado a diferença faz quando você passa pelos médicos atencioso respeitoso comigo e com a minha filha toda vez quem precisei ??? a demora no primeiro atendimento vai 1a3 4 horas ?
Well anyway, like all public services, these things are not there esse️ this is different, the difference makes when you go through the doctors, respectful to me and my daughter every time I need it ??? the delay in the first service goes from 1 to 3 4 hours ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tive muito medo e receio de usar serviços públicos, mas hoje, como não consegui um horário acessível no Doutor consulta, fui até o Ama - Paraísopolis, fui bem recebida, desde o moço que estava na portaria medindo a temperatura e recebendo quem chegava, à recepção, equipe de enfermagem, equipe de segurança, pela moça da farmácia.
O Doutor Thiago Ferreira foi super prestativo e educado, a enfermeira que fez em mim, a aplicação de medicamento também foi super meiga, não me recordo o nome dela.
I was always very afraid and afraid to use public services, but today, as I couldn't get an accessible time at the Doctor Consultation, I went to Ama - Paraísopolis, I was welcomed, since the boy who was at the reception measuring the temperature and receiving whoever arrived, reception, nursing staff, security team, by the pharmacy girl.
Doctor Thiago Ferreira was super helpful and polite, the nurse who did it for me, the medication was also super sweet, I don't remember her name.

Sai da unidade sem tomar medicacao e sem um encaminhamento.
The service is even decent, but they only help you if you're dying.
Leave the unit without taking medication and without a referral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, vc chega para ser atendido e te fazem esperar quase 5 horas. Tem um sistema de triagem que não funciona, que não te diz que seu caso não se encaixa nas prioridades deles e então não te dizem que vai demorar além do normal. SÃO 5 HORAS!? e ainda sai sem atendimento pois você não pode sair pra comer algo ou comprar uma agua lá fora pois podem te chamar a qualquer momento. Melhorem esta Triagem r não façam as pessoas esperarem sem saber. SEM CONTAR O. RISCO DE FICAR TANTO TEMPO EXPOSTO AO VIRUS DO CIVID. PÉSSIMO
Terrible, you arrive to be attended and make you wait almost 5 hours. There's a triage system that doesn't work, that doesn't tell you that your case doesn't fit their priorities and then doesn't tell you it's going to take longer than normal. IT'S 5 HOURS!? and it still leaves unattended because you can't go out for something to eat or buy water outside because they can call you at any time. Improve this Screening and don't make people wait without knowing. WITHOUT COUNTING THE RISK OF BEING EXPOSED FOR SO LONG TO THE CIVID VIRUS. TERRIBLE

I needed service 3 times at this location and it was super professional. Doctors, guards, receptionists and nurses super attentive. Congratulations for the humanized service. Long live the SUS!
