★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço completo é simplesmente incrível, o agendamento é simples, rápido, muito agradável, chegando no consultório é tudo muito organizado, higiênico, profissionais altamente qualificados e focados em atender bem o cliente, o procedimento já havia sido planejado pela equipe previamente, no dia do agendamento já foi informado o tempo que iria durar, como iria ser feito, no momento do procedimento ocorreu tudo conforme o planejado, uma sincronia perfeita entre a equipe, a Dra. Natália foi impecável, demonstrou vasta experiência, profissionalismo, qualificação e fez um serviço que ao meu ver parecia complexo de forma simples, passando tranquilidade e confiança, com um ambiente agradável durante a consulta. Faltam palavras para descrever a satisfação que tive durante a minha experiência com a clínica, simplesmente a melhor experiência odontológica que eu já tive.
 The complete service is simply incredible, the scheduling is simple, fast, very pleasant, arriving at the office is all very organized, hygienic, highly qualified professionals and focused on serving the client well, the procedure had already been planned by the team in advance, on the day the schedule was already informed how long it would take, how it was going to be done, at the time of the procedure everything went according to plan, a perfect synchrony between the team, Dr. Natália was impeccable, demonstrated extensive experience, professionalism, qualification and made a service that in my opinion seemed complex in a simple way, giving tranquility and confidence, with a pleasant atmosphere during the consultation. Words are missing to describe the satisfaction I had during my experience with the clinic, simply the best dental experience I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu ainda não havia registrado minha opinião aqui no Google, mas acho totalmente válido mesmo após certo tempo do ocorrido. Tive um problema sério, infeccioso, e precisei de apoio profissional pra lidar. Acontece que eu já era cliente da Amabile com uma dra. muito fofa e empática, mas que não tinha horário disponível, infelizmente. Aceitei me consultar com a Gisele. Que pesadelo. Ela viu meu prontuário e desatou a falar e me dar sermão, que não podia me atender pq eu não havia feito o que a outra doutora pediu, que eu era irresponsável, etc etc. A consulta anterior era estética e não havia mesmo feito nada porque eu ainda usava aparelho e foi recomendação da outra profissional. Não tinha nada a ver com a dor que eu estava sentindo naquele momento.
Após falar muito ela praticamente me expulsou do consultório e me mandou retornar com o raio-x pra aí sim ela me tratar. Saí desnorteada e ainda paguei a consulta (via convênio, mas paguei). Eu estava com muita dor e uma pessoa instável teve a infelicidade de entrar no meu caminho. Fui numa consulta particular, paguei uma baba, mas resolvi meu problema com uma pessoa maravilhosa que percebeu que não daria pra tirar raio-x.
Reclamei da sra Gisele na Amabile e recebi uma resposta de que seria averiguado. Nunca mais tive vontade de ir lá e correr o risco de cruzar com essa pessoa. Lamentável. Duas estrelas em consideração às recepcionistas e à dra a quem tenho respeito, porque essa Gisele, se eu puder recomendar, digo "fujam"!
I still haven't registered my opinion here on Google, but I think it is totally valid even after a certain time. I had a serious, infectious problem, and I needed professional support to deal with it. It turns out that I was already an Amabile customer with a Dr. very cute and empathetic, but that had no time available, unfortunately. I agreed to consult with Gisele. What a nightmare. She saw my chart and started talking and giving me a lecture, that she couldn't answer me because I hadn't done what the other doctor asked, that I was irresponsible, etc. etc. The previous consultation was aesthetic and I hadn't even done anything because I still used a device and was recommended by the other professional. It had nothing to do with the pain I was feeling at the time.
After talking a lot she practically expelled me from the office and told me to return with the x-ray so that she could treat me. I left bewildered and still paid for the consultation (via health insurance, but I paid). I was in a lot of pain and an unstable person had the misfortune to get in my way. I went to a private consultation, I paid for a baba, but I solved my problem with a wonderful person who realized that I couldn't get an x-ray.
I complained about Mrs. Gisele at Amabile and received an answer that she would be checked. I never wanted to go there again and risk running into this person. Unfortunate. Two stars in consideration of the receptionists and the doctor I have respect for, because this Gisele, if I can recommend it, I say "run away"!

Trabalho feito com muito amor, foi tão perfeito que não senti dor alguma.
Em todos os momentos era nítido a preocupação delas com o meu estar.
Best service, doctor and her aux were wonderful.
Work done with a lot of love, it was so perfect that I didn't feel any pain.
At all times, their concern for my being was clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma consulta para fazer uma restauração pelo plano metflife em 02/08 às 13h. Sugiro mais atenção dos profissionais ao avaliar os tratamentos necessários. Fui para fazer restauração e a dentista me disse ser necessário fazer um procedimento de aumento de coroa antes. Fui em outra clínica e fizeram a restauração normalmente, sem necessidade deste aumento de coroa. No meu caso, este procedimento acarretaria em utilização de anestesia, além de ida desnecessária ao consultório e contato com pessoas em um momento de pandemia, sendo que estou amamentando. Além disto, o procedimento desnecessário NÃO é pelo plano, é caro (por volta de R$400, se não me engano) e provavelmente necessitaria de algum cuidado.
I had an appointment to do a restoration through the metflife plan on 02/08 at 1pm. I suggest more attention from professionals when evaluating the necessary treatments. I went for restoration and the dentist told me that I needed a crown augmentation procedure first. I went to another clinic and the restoration was done normally, without the need for this crown augmentation. In my case, this procedure would result in the use of anesthesia, in addition to an unnecessary visit to the office and contact with people at a time of pandemic, as I am breastfeeding. In addition, the unnecessary procedure is NOT by plan, it is expensive (around R$400, if I'm not mistaken) and would probably need some care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medo de ir ao dentista!? Que nada! Sinceramente é o melhor local de São Paulo (quiçá do Brasil) para se fazer qualquer procedimento odontológico. Está localizada no metro quadrado mais cobiçado da cidade, tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego! O que faz da recepção um espetáculo à parte. Desde o início você é bem atendido, desde a equipe de segurança do edifício, que é extremamente cortês e solícita, até as próprias recepcionistas da clínica que são todas muito elegantes e educadas! Tive o privilégio de ter realizado 4 exodontias com a Drª Natália, profissional de alto nível, cuidadosa, educada e competente, sempre muito preocupada com a cirurgia e com o pós! Atualmente estou sendo muito bem atendido pela Drª Bianca, é notório quando você é cuidado por alguém que realmente ama o que faz! Drª Bianca é experiente, cuidadosa e perfeccionista! Sempre que lembro que tenho consulta, fico tranquilo, pois sei que sairei de lá sempre melhor do que entrei! Sabe… O local tem uma energia que encanta!
Afraid of going to the dentist!? Nothing! It is honestly the best place in São Paulo (maybe Brazil) to do any dental procedure. It is located in the most coveted square meter in the city, it has a breathtaking view! What makes the reception a show apart. From the start you are well attended, from the building's security team, who are extremely courteous and helpful, to the clinic's own receptionists who are all very elegant and polite! I had the privilege of having performed 4 extractions with Dr Natália, a high level professional, careful, polite and competent, always very concerned about the surgery and the post! I'm currently being very well attended by Dr. Bianca, it's notorious when you're taken care of by someone who really loves what he does! Dr. Bianca is experienced, careful and a perfectionist! Whenever I remember that I have an appointment, I'm reassured, because I know I'll always leave there better than I entered! You know… The place has an enchanting energy!
