★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para alugar é uma maravilha, espera para ver a hora de devolver o imóvel, se abusar são capazes de fazer vc derrubar a casa e recomeçar outra zerada para então vc conseguir entregar as chaves.
A empresa na qual eles contratam para fazer a vistoria é PÉSSIMA, o vistoriodor tira fotos de qualquer jeito, alega coisas absurdas, apresenta problemas estruturais da casa como se fossem causados pelos inquilinos, enfim... são péssimos em tdo na hora de devolver o imóvel.
Se vai alugar com eles, pensem bem na dor de cabeça que vão ter na hora que sair.

The company they hire to do the inspection is TERRIBLE, the surveyor takes pictures anyway, claims absurd things, presents structural problems in the house as if they were caused by tenants, anyway ... they are terrible at all when returning the immobile.
