★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos a oportunidade de fazer por duas vezes o projeto e acompanhamento de obra com o escritório da Amanda Miranda, em nossos dois apartamentos. No segundo , uma reforma total de um apartamento muito antigo, inclusive trocando toda parte elétrica e hidraúlica, até a decoração final. Ficamos imensamente satisfeitos com o resultado estético, o acabamento e modificação do espaço, que foi totalmente adaptado para atender as necessidades da nossa família.
We had the opportunity to do the project and work monitoring with Amanda Miranda's office twice, in our two apartments. In the second, a total renovation of a very old apartment, including changing all electrical and hydraulic parts, until the final decoration. We were immensely satisfied with the aesthetic result, the finishing and modification of the space, which was fully adapted to meet the needs of our family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um projeto com a ideia inicial de fazer todo o acompanhamento da obra . Ainda não tinha pegado a chave e consegui com que fizessem a medida mesmo antes disso.
Finalizaram o projeto com diversos erros grosseiros de medidas e verificações e com algumas interferências que não eram de nossa vontade.
Solicitamos as mudanças e nos foi informado que seriam feitas assim que conseguíssemos as chaves para que fossem feitas também as medidas para correção.
Final da história, demoramos a receber as chaves e quando pegamos pedimos que fosse corrigido as medidas já contando que as outras informações já estivessem sido feitas faltando apenas detalhes de metragem e nada tinha sido feito.
A sensação que tínhamos era de estar pedindo um favor para que o projeto estivesse correto, com medidas corretas e ajustado conforme nossa revisão.
Incluo ainda falta de feedbacks de solicitações e total falta de interesse em nossas necessidades coincidentemente depois de termos pagado todo o valor do trabalho.
Não recomendo!!!!
I did a project with the initial idea of doing all the monitoring of the work. I hadn't taken the key yet and I got them to measure it even before that.
They ended the project with several gross errors in measurements and checks and with some interferences that were not of our will.
We requested the changes and were informed that they would be made as soon as we got the keys so that the measures for correction could also be made.
At the end of the story, it took us a long time to receive the keys and when we took them we asked for the measures to be corrected, as long as the other information had already been made, missing only footage details and nothing had been done.
The feeling we had was asking for a favor so that the project was correct, with correct measures and adjusted according to our review.
I also include a lack of feedback on requests and a total lack of interest in our needs coincidentally after we paid all the work.
I do not recommend!!!!

Na gestão da obra, além de executarem tudo, recebemos ao final um fichário com todas as notas fiscais e planilhas de controle do material utilizado. Muito boa a organização!
We have already done some projects and works with the office and we really liked it. The level of detail and organization of the presentation really is different! In the management of the work, as well as perform all receive at the end of a binder with all invoices and control sheets of the material used. Very good organization!

Superando as nossas expetativas sempre, os projetos são de extremo bom gosto e ideias originais. Durante toda parceria de trabalho, recebemos todas as informações, registros das ações a serem tomadas. Ao final do projeto, recebemos do escritório um detalhamento de tudo o que ocorreu no decorrer da criação e execução da obra, com custos, plantas, relação de tudo o que foi utilizado. O ckeck list final, para verificar as pendências da obra e possíveis correções, foram realizados de forma minuciosa, até mais detalhados e rigoroso do nós mesmos visualizamos, demonstrando um total carinho e zelo com o trabalho, com um foco incrível em nossa satisfação. Depois de algumas escolhas não acertadas com outros escritórios de arquitetura, finalmente encontramos nosso parceiro definitivo, assim esperamos!
I have already done 4 projects with the office. Very good service and coordination of works, are perfect. Overcoming our expectations always, the designs are of extreme good taste and original ideas. During all working partnership, we receive all information, records of actions to be taken. At the end of the project, we received from the office a detail of everything that happened during the creation and execution of the work, with costs, plans, relation of everything that was used. The final ckeck list, to check the pending issues of the work and possible corrections, were carried out in a thorough, detailed and rigorous way of the ourselves we visualize, demonstrating a total affection and zeal with the work, with an incredible focus on our satisfaction. After some unsuccessful choices with other architectural offices, we finally found our definitive partner, so we hope!

O projeto e a execução da obra foram realizados de forma muito organizada e dentro dos prazos previamente estipulados. Arquiteta e toda equipe sempre disponíveis nos momentos em que precisei. Indicaria para qualquer pessoa.
We did reform bill from our apartment to the office staff and we were quite pleased with the results. The design and execution of the works were carried out in a very organized manner and within the time stipulated in advance. Architect and all staff always available at the times I needed. I recommend to anyone.
