★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço prestado. Não quis atualizar sobre os serviços prestados. Não respondia mensagens, quando respondeu foi de extrema grosseria. Tive meu material danificado e precisei consertar em outra empresa. Não indico a ninguém!
I didn't like the service provided. Did not want to update about the services provided. He didn't respond to messages, when he responded he was extremely rude. I had my material damaged and I had to fix it at another company. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Mas deixa a desejar muito no atendimento. Não atende ligações, seu orçamento demora meses as vezes e em resumo se vx tiver pressa pra receber seu material não indico ele.

Eu o procurei por indicações positivas, mas creio ter sido um erro.
Deixei uma Lente 100mm Macro com ele, paguei pelo reparo e nunca recebi de volta minha lente.
O cliente precisa implorar Para conseguir qualquer informação sobre o serviço.
Por diversas vezes o máximo que obtive de resposta era "está ficando pronto e entraremos em contato quando estiver ok". Há DOIS ANOS!
Adoraria poder retornar aqui e deixar uma avaliação positiva caso eu receba meu equipamento de volta. Me parece ser um profissional capacitado, mas certamente peca no atendimento e organização.
A disappointment.
I looked for positive indications, but I think it was a mistake.
I left a 100mm Macro Lens with him, paid for the repair and never got my lens back.
The customer needs to beg to get any information about the service.
Several times the maximum I got was "it is getting ready and we will contact you when it is ok". Two years ago!
I would love to be able to return here and leave a positive review if I get my equipment back. It seems to me to be a trained professional, but it certainly fails in service and organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei minha câmera Insta360, ficou cerca de 10 dias falaram que n tinha conserto… devolveram a câmera sem meu cartão de memória que custou 180 reais… mandei várias mensagens nunca me devolveram… não recomendo dou um estrela pq não pode da nenhuma.
I sent my Insta360 camera, it was about 10 days they said there was no repair… they returned the camera without my memory card which cost 180 reais… I sent several messages but they never returned…
