Demorei dias para marcar uma consulta e quando consegui, 30 minutos antes liguei para confirmar o endereço e a atendente disse que a médica não tinha feito atendimento hoje e que geralmente ligam. Nem uma desculpa me deu, falta de organização e zelo pelos pacientes. Nunca vou indicar.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! It took me days to make an appointment and when I got it, 30 minutes earlier I called to confirm the address and the attendant said that the doctor had not seen her today and that they usually call. I didn't even have an excuse, lack of organization and zeal for patients. I will never indicate.

Bom que o mal tratamento aconteceu antes que eu marcasse uma consulta. Nunca fui tão mal atendida, nunca irei lá. Só coloco 1 estrela porque não posso colocar 0.
I got in touch via whatsapp to find out some information about the doctors and the plans they serve and the attendant was extremely rude, did not want to give me the information, treated me badly, with impatience and unwillingness to provide the information. Good thing the bad treatment happened before I made an appointment. I've never been so underserved, I'll never go there. I only put 1 star because I can't put 0.
