★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O grande problema se tornou o atendimento, que já foi ótimo mas de 10 meses para cá vem decaindo cada vez mais, principalmente relativo à demora (sanduíches e saladas demorando mais de 40 min pra sair, produtos faltando e os atendentes avisando apenas após passados 30 min do pedido feito, pedidos vindo errados) , e por isso deixei de ser uma frequentadora assídua mesmo morando ao lado. Hoje foi o estopim para a minha decisão de não gastar mais 1 real nesse lugar pq ACHEI UM PLÁSTICO DENTRO DA MINHA VITAMINA de açaí e quase engoli. A casa perguntou se eu queria trocar, porém já estava no final e nem eu e nem meu namorado iríamos conseguir tomar outra. Pedi o abatimento de 50% do valor do produto pq meu namorado tomou o restinho que ainda tinha no copo depois que achei o objeto dentro. Na hora de pagar a conta, veio a surpresa: um mísero desconto que figurava UM REAL E DEZ CENTAVOS do valor total da vitamina que era R$ 10,80. Não concordei e no final meu namorado acabou pagando o valor cobrado. O lugar já não tem uma boa fama por antes ter sido o Ponto do Açaí, que tinha propensões criminosas para com com seus concorrentes, e nesse de agora vejo o mínimo apreço aos seus clientes. Estou 'putaça' com esse estabelecimento e do meu dinheiro e das pessoas próximas a mim, não ganham mais.

I didn't agree and in the end my boyfriend ended up paying the amount charged. The place no longer has a good reputation because it was once the Ponto do Açaí, which had criminal propensities towards its competitors, and in this one I see the minimum appreciation to its customers. I'm a bitch with this establishment and my money and the people close to me do not earn more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não profissional, comida varia de qualidade, de acordo com o humor de quem estiver na cozinha. de 2 anos que conheço o local e depois de algumas tentativas de frequentar o restaurante (por ser próximo), em apenas uma ocasião a comida foi mais ou menos. Não recomendo o restaurante quanto à qualidade de serviços e comida. talvez pelo ambiente para tomar um café de máquina!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não têm a opção metade cupuaçu e metade açaí. O açaí é gostoso, não é aguado. Mas é EXTREMAMENTE DOCE. A granola também é de boa qualidade. E me deram míseras 5 rodelas finas de banana, que não dá nem metade de uma. Achei absurdo pelo valor que paguei, de 24 e pouco.
They don't have the option of half cupuaçu and half açaí. Açaí is delicious, it is not watery. But it is EXTREMELY SWEET. Granola is also of good quality. And they gave me a measly 5 thin slices of banana, which doesn't even give half of one. I thought it was absurd for the amount I paid, around 24.

Como exemplo, na mesma rua, próximo a ponte, o açaí grande é o preço do pequeno nesse local. Mas, de modo geral, o ambiente é bom, bem arejado e bem localizado. Sim, eu recomendo.
