★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz 3 aniversários do meu filho no Pátio Belém. Era bem fácil agendar, pois bastava ligar, reservar a data e fazer o pagamento. Agora eles mudaram. Nós clientes, temos que fazer a solicitação pelo whatsapp e praticamente implorar para nos responderem. Que falta de respeito com o cliente! Decepção total.
I've already celebrated my son's 3 birthdays at Pátio Belém. It was very easy to schedule, just call, book the date and make the payment. Now they've changed. We customers, we have to make the request by whatsapp and practically beg them to answer us. How disrespectful to the customer! Total disappointment.
