Mas uma burocracia enorme pra qualquer tipo de demanda. Toda e qualquer situação ou pendência principalmente se você for bolsista, pode ter certeza que não será resolvida, a não ser que você desista da instituição ou pague ainda mais.

But a huge bureaucracy for any type of demand. Any situation or pending, especially if you are a scholarship holder, you can be sure that it will not be resolved, unless you give up on the institution or pay even more.

The phone service is terrible, I spent days trying to get in touch with someone to get some information and I was always on hold and no one ever answered me. Horrible experience, I was thinking of enrolling, but I gave up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depende muito do sistema, computadores, da demanda(se tiver muita gente ) e impossível fazer o serviço ? %em qualquer lugar....
Tem dia que amo os atendentes ... porém tem dia que a internet está horrível é eles ficam estressados....bom eu também quero jogar meu celular na parede as vezes.... então entendo, hoje foi tranquilo graças a Deus ?.
Então quando vc for vá com paciência é.... lembre se que tudo depende da internet!!!
Obs. Não esqueça a máscara ?
It depends a lot on the system, computers, the demand (if you have a lot of people) and impossible to do the service ?% anywhere ....
There are days when I love the attendants ... but there are days when the internet is horrible and they get stressed ... well I also want to throw my phone on the wall sometimes .... so I understand, today was quiet thanks to God ? .
So when you go, be patient ... remember that everything depends on the internet !!!
Obs. Do not forget the mask ?

The monthly fees are TOO high and you still have to pay the 50/80 reais part to issue academic records / statements! Lack of respect, they never solve anything and only aim for profit... bureaucratic institution, you have to be patient to study there
