★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja possui um bom portfólio e uma ampla estrutura. Preços razoáveis. Mas minha experiência com a manutenção foi a pior possível. Levei minha bike com pouco mais de 1 mês de uso, fiz apenas uma trilha com a mesma, deixei pra fazer a revisão mais completa deles, ao retirar a mesma, sai pedalando pra casa e vieram os problemas, estalos no selim, corrente caindo, marchas patinando pra engatar. deixei a mesma novamente e pra minha surpresa voltou ainda pior. Estalo na mesa, canote no selim todo arranhado e etc. Levei novamente, mas disseram que o canote estava arranhado (que não estava), o proprietário se dispôs a resolver a questão do estalo mas não do canote. Perdeu toda a credibilidade e não tive nem coragem pra deixar a bike lá. Não indico a loja pra manutenção.
The store has a good portfolio and a wide structure. Reasonable prices. But my experience with maintenance was the worst possible. I took my bike with just over one month of use, I just did a track with the same left to make a more complete review of them, to remove the same, out pedaling home and came the problems, cracks in the saddle, current falling, gears skating to engage. I left it again and to my surprise it came back even worse. Crack on the table, scratched seatpost on the saddle and so on. I took it again, but they said that the seatpost was scratched (which it wasn't), the owner was willing to resolve the issue of the crack but not the seatpost. It lost all credibility and I didn't even have the courage to leave the bike there. I do not recommend the store for maintenance.
