Dei duas estrelas pelo atendimento dos vendedores que são atenciosos e dedicados, entretanto, pela terceira vez faço meu pedido pelo app da empresa e meu pedido não chegou. Fui informada que não houve tempo suficiente para que a logística conseguisse chegar ao meu estabelecimento que por sinal funciona 24 horas, ainda tive que passar o fim de semana com o feriado faltando muitos produtos que meus clientes apreciam. Peço encarecidamente que a os gestores da AmBev tenham mais atenção com seus clientes, afim de atender a população de forma responsável e com compromisso.
I hereby express my frustration with AmBev! I gave two stars for the service of the salespeople who are attentive and dedicated, however, for the third time I place my order through the company's app and my order did not arrive. I was informed that there was not enough time for the logistics to reach my establishment, which by the way works 24 hours, I still had to spend the weekend with the holiday missing many products that my customers appreciate. I very much ask that AmBev's managers pay more attention to their customers, in order to serve the population responsibly and with commitment.
