★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito aconchegantes, pessoas muito educadas e excelentes profissionais. Só senti falta do autoclave, pois considero fundamental e percebi que não foi utilizado. Isso me deixou receosa. No resto, achei muito bom e recomendo.
 Very welcoming place, very polite people and excellent professionals. I only missed the autoclave, as I consider it fundamental and I realized that it was not used. It made me afraid. For the rest, I found it very good and recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista super gentil, porém o cabeleireiro que deixou a desejar, estava atendendo 3 pessoas ao mesmo tempo. Quando eu cheguei, estava com o cabelo úmido, o cabeleireiro nem lavou o meu cabelo, apenas foi e cortou, o corte mais rápido que já vi, porém ficou torto, na hora de secar ele trouxe o secador e perguntou se eu mesma não queria secar meu cabelo, quando neguei ele foi e secou, nesse meio tempo havia outra menina esperando para ele secar o cabelo, e outra mulher com produto no cabelo que ele foi enxaguar, enquanto me deixou esperando na cadeira, enquanto ele secava mau olhava para o meu cabelo, quando percebeu minha cara feia falou "nossa que cabelo macio" 10 segundos depois "aí era bom fazer uma calterização né", pra ver como tava prestando atenção no que tava fazendo. Se é agendado horário, acredito que o cabeleireiro deveria ter tempo para começar e terminar o meu, com capricho, paguei 100 reais pela lavagem, corte e sacagem, porém lavado não foi, e quase secado também não. Não tenho problema em pagar, desde que receba pelo que estou pagando. O salão é lindo, grande, espaçoso. Cabelo cresce, mas cliente mau atendido não volta. Posso até voltar ali um dia, mas não para ser atendida por esse cabeleireiro.

If it is scheduled time, I believe that the hairdresser should have time to start and finish mine, with whim, I paid 100 reais for washing, cutting and sacking, but washing was not, and almost dried not. I have no problem paying as long as I get what I'm paying for. The lounge is beautiful, large, spacious. Hair grows, but bad customer service does not come back. I may even go back there one day, but not to be attended by this hairdresser.
