★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio deste sendo a unica forma que encontrei para me comunicar com o Ar. Andrei, Gerente da empresa Ambilixo, a qual se envolveu em um acidente com uma árvore, e fatalmente a mesma veio a colidir com o meu carro.
No local, muito prestativo, relatou que passaria para o seguro da empresa e que iria arcar com os custos do conserto, assim que o Boletim de Ocorrência estivesse feito.
Assim que consegui o BO, encaminhei para três e-mails da empresa, porém sem nenhum retorno, o mesmo ao verificar que sou eu no telefone, desliga, e ao retornar do mesmo numero, simplesmente não atende, e ao ligar de outro numero, atende e desliga assim que percebe ser este caso.
Portanto, caso queira contratar a empresa, reflita bem sobre ela, pois não cumpre com o acordado, tampouco esclarece os fatos e os porquês.
Sr. Andrei, o sr. tem o meu numero, que aliás, relatou que me retornaria, e até agora não obtive retorno, caso leia este texto, peço que entre em contato para que possamos resolver este problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esta empresa. Se é que podemos tratar como empresa, pois não possuem o mínimo de controle. Não fazem as coletas e enviam os boletos cobrando normalmente. Aumentam o preço sem comunicação prévia.
I do not recommend this company. If we can treat it like a company, because they don't have the least amount of control. They do not collect and send billets charging normally. They increase the price without prior notice.
