★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietário bastante atencioso, a remoção foi um trajeto longo e sinuoso, então minha mãe relatou que teve bastante "sacolejo" para uma pessoa com fratura no fêmur, mas chegou bem ao destino final.
Owner very attentive, removal was a long and winding journey, so my mother reported that it had a lot of "shake" for a person with a fractured femur, but arrived well at the final destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento deles, eles são muito atenciosos antes da contratação, depois eles não resolvem nada, não respondem msgs. A ambulância pula muito, o condutor foi muito desrespeitoso, colocando funk no rádio, batendo na cancela do pedágio e querendo discutir com a funcionária do pedágio. Direção nem um pouco defensiva. Fiquei aguardando um retorno sobre um estorno, eles não me deram. Colocam uma pessoa pra trabalhar no financeiro que não sabe nem a senha de estorno. São péssimos, não os indico para ninguém. O "barato" saiu bem caro, fora todo o transtorno e nervoso que fizeram a gente passar. Até agora estou aguardando um contrato/recibo do serviço contratado. Eles não têm respeito com os clientes.
I didn't like their service, they are very attentive before hiring, then they don't solve anything, they don't respond to messages. The ambulance jumps a lot, the driver was very disrespectful, putting funk on the radio, hitting the toll gate and wanting to argue with the toll employee. Driving not at all defensive. I was waiting for a return on a chargeback, they didn't give me. They put a person to work in finance who doesn't even know the chargeback password. They are terrible, I don't recommend them to anyone. The "cheap" turned out to be very expensive, apart from all the trouble and nervousness they put us through. So far I'm waiting for a contract/receipt for the contracted service. They have no respect for customers.
