★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho teve um arranhão superficial no dedo por um gato de Rua. Fui ao ambulatório e confesso que fiquei encantada com a atendimento e empatia. Cheguei desesperada e as atendentes sorridentes e muito simpáticas e me acalmaram. A enfermeira que aplicou a vacina foi 10. O médico tb simpático.
My son had a superficial scratch on his finger by a stray cat. I went to the clinic and I confess that I was delighted with the care and empathy. I arrived desperate and the attendants smiling and very friendly and calmed me down. The nurse who applied the vaccine was 10. The doctor was also friendly.

Muita atenção, todo o atendimento muito bem explicado; desde a recepção até o atendimento final feito pela assistente social. Parabéns!!
I was bitten by my cat and from the first visit the teams on duty and at the vaccination post that administered throughout the Antirabies vaccine scheme were exceptional. A lot of attention, all the service very well explained; from the reception to the final service provided by the social worker. Congratulations!!

Cheguei na troca de turno, perguntei ao segurança quanto tempo levava essa troca, ele fez pouco caso, falou que não sabia, talvez meia hora.
Todos os funcionários pra lá e pra cá sem fazer nada.
Outra vez fui na hora do meu almoço e só tinha duas enfermeiras de plantão, na ocasião as duas foram almoçar juntas, eu achei um absurdo. A população que sofre com esse descaso, sem falar quem tem um senhor que trabalha lá que não usa máscara para a proteção de todos contra o COVID.
Péssimo nota ZERO.
Bad service, uninformed staff.
I arrived at the shift change, I asked the security guard how long this change took, he ignored me, said he didn't know, maybe half an hour.
All the employees to and fro without doing anything.
Another time I went for lunch and there were only two nurses on duty, at the time the two went to lunch together, I thought it was absurd. The population that suffers from this neglect, not to mention who has a gentleman who works there who doesn't wear a mask to protect everyone against COVID.
Terrible ZERO score.
