O exame fora do SUS que era o mais difícil eu consegui .... Mas o retorno com o médico é praticamente impossível

No atendimento ao meu pai a consulta foi rápida e os exames também foram feitos com rapidez, precisou de cirurgia e também foi muito bem atendido, parabéns a toda equipe do AME Campinas.

Pq um intervalo tão grande ?
Ridículo, e vem a médica dizer que não vai encaixar, dará prioridade pro atendimento da manhã

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito com os idosos! Minha tia foi encaminhada para este local pelo posto de saúde do bairro. Mais de 30 dias se passaram e o resultado do exame não estava disponível no site. Liguei para clínica e expliquei que minha tia teria consulta médica na mesma semana e precisava do resultado, como o local é fora de mão e estamos em meio a uma pandemia, estava ajudando imprimindo pela internet. Liguei, solicitei pelo whatsapp, por e-mail, abri reclamação na ouvidoria e nada... se não conseguem fazer o básico, não indico para mais nada.
Disrespect for the elderly! My aunt was referred to this location by the neighborhood health center. More than 30 days had passed and the exam result was not available on the website. I called the clinic and explained that my aunt would have a medical appointment the same week and needed the result, as the place is out of hand and we are in the middle of a pandemic, I was helping by printing on the internet. I called, requested by whatsapp, by email, opened a complaint with the ombudsman and nothing... if they can't do the basics, I don't recommend it for anything else.
