â â â â â Sinceramente, pĂ©ssimo ! Tava passando mal no trabalho, sai de lĂĄ fui consultar, cheguei lĂĄ fui super mal atendido pela mĂ©dica que olhou na minha cara e disse que nĂŁo era nada, que era pra eu voltar outro dia.

Realiza os procedimentos como se voce fosse um corpo de laboratĂłrio de anatomia, quando tira a mĂŁo de vocĂȘ avisa que se sentir dor Ă© pra avisar.
Poor service, light consultation, lasts less than the SUS. A general practitioner at home, Dr. Denise has no empathy for the patient. Performs the procedures as if you were a body of anatomy laboratory, when you take your hand off you warn that if you feel pain is to warn you.

â â â â â Sou da frente de enfrentamento covid19 e presenciei uma falta de respeito com seus associados, tendo apenas um mĂ©dico para atender uma multidĂŁo aglomerada dentro da sala de espera. O pior foi ligar pra reclamar com a supervisĂŁo e ter o telefonema interrompido por falta de paciĂȘncia da supervisora em me ouvir.
I am from the covid confrontation front19 and I saw a lack of respect with its associates, having only one doctor to attend a crowded crowd inside the waiting room. The worst was calling to complain to the supervisor and having the call interrupted due to the supervisor's lack of patience in listening to me.

â â â â â Atendentes muito mal educadas, responde mal e ainda debocha da sua cara, sĂł te tratam bem na hora de fazer o plano, decepção total, nĂŁo recomendo! Apesar de alguns mĂ©dicos serem muito bons.
Very polite attendants, responds poorly and still makes fun of your face, they only treat you well when making the plan, total disappointment, I don't recommend it! Although some doctors are very good.

Tive que levar minha avó e ao chegar no local não tinha enfermeiros para poder ajudar a carrega-la , para piorar os enfermeiros ficam olhando sem prestar ajuda. Não foi de graça , pagamos para ter um péssimo atendimento. Queira Deus não precisar ir nesse lugar novamente. Profissionais todos despreparados literalmente todos. Se tiver uma ouvidoria com certeza irei reclamar. Se tiver algum órgão tbm que fiscaliza esse tipo de comportamento irei registrar minha reclamação.
Bad experience, do not recommend.
I had to take my grandmother and when I arrived at the place I didn't have nurses to be able to help carry her, to make matters worse the nurses keep looking without providing help. It was not free, we paid to have a bad service. May God not need to go to that place again. Professionals all unprepared literally everyone. If I have an ombudsman I will definitely complain. If there is also a body that monitors this type of behavior, I will register my complaint.
