Não respondem no WhatsApp, não atendem ligações, dizem que vai vir um produto e quando o pedido chega pra mim, aquele produto não vem. Eu acho necessário existir transparência com o cliente em todos os momentos. Pois só existe transparência quando um boleto vai vencer.
The service is mostly good, but tends to be desired in some. They don't answer on WhatsApp, they don't answer calls, they say a product will come and when the order comes to me, that product won't come. I think there is a need for transparency with the customer at all times. Because there is only transparency when a ticket will win.
