★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma faca de que gosto entortada e perguntei se era possível arrumar. O atendente saiu com o objeto e retornou com ele consertado imperfeita mente, o que só piorou as coisas. Poderia ter buscado alguém mais competente caso ele me dissesse que o trabalho iria ficar bem imperfeito. O que ele fez eu teria feito sozinho em casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a moça que me atendeu tentou me enganar dizendo que haviam aberto a embalagem e afiado um alicate que a fábrica informa na embalagem que já estava afiado. A embalagem estava totalmente fechada lacrada, sendo impossível retirar o alicate da embalagem sem romper o lacre. Ela achou que estava me enganando só para cobrar R$ 7,00 da afiação que a fábrica menciona como já ter feito.
Se sujaram por muito pouco. Só comprei porque eu precisava, mas acho muito desagradável esse tipo de "golpinho" para arrancar uns tostões a mais do cliente. Essa mentalidade de enganar o cliente está ultrapassada, não recomento e não volto mais.
Poor service, the girl who answered me tried to deceive me by saying that they had opened the package and sharpened a pair of pliers that the factory informs on the package that it was already sharp. The package was completely closed, sealed, making it impossible to remove the pliers from the package without breaking the seal. She thought she was fooling me just to charge R $ 7.00 for the sharpening that the factory mentions as having already done.
They got dirty for very little. I only bought it because I needed it, but I find this type of "little bit" very unpleasant to get a few more pennies from the customer. This mentality of deceiving the customer is outdated, I don't recommend it and I won't be back.
