Minha única reclamação é que não conseguem definir um prazo, no final deu tudo certo.
I would like to comment on the problem we had, we took a 20-year old piece of equipment and they managed to fix it.
My only complaint is that they can't set a deadline, in the end everything worked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao indico nem ao meu pior inimigo. O orçamento de reparo ficou mais caro que o vlr de uma placa nova. Ate ai tudo bem, afinal o orcamento seria sem compromisso e sem custo. Ao solicitar a devolucao da placa (mesmo eu pagando o sedex), eles nao devolvem. Ja pedi a eles umas 4x a placa e eles NAO DEVOLVEM. Cuidado ao solicitar orcamento com eles pq sera dor de cabeca na certa.
I don't even point to my worst enemy. The repair budget was more expensive than the vlr of a new card. So far so good, after all the budget would be without commitment and without cost. When requesting the return of the card (even if I pay the sedex), they do not return it. I already asked them about 4x the plate and they DO NOT RETURN. Be careful when requesting a quote with them because it will be a headache for sure.

Do not recommend, no delivery time, no return. I'm sending it 3 times in a row (guarantee) and they don't solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No inicio eram bons, hoje em dia deixam a desejar, péssimo atendimento, demoram semana para dar retorno de peças que são enviadas para conserto e meses para entregar.
In the beginning they were good, nowadays they leave something to be desired, bad service, they take weeks to return parts that are sent for repair and months to deliver.
