★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é muito bom mas não compensa os transtornos causados pela grande demora na entrega, extravio de pedidos e etc, falta muita organização em relação ao delivery, recomendo que caso queira comer no American vá até um ponto físico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que fizemos o deu tudo certo. Agora. A compra foi feita às 21:33, agora são 23:43. E nada. O app já tinha falado que tinha saído para entrega, eu desci e fiquei esperando. Vi que não tinha chegado e ligamos pra lá. O motoboy tinha acabado de sair. O app de vocês precisa de sérios ajustes. Por isso que agora eu espero o motoboy ligar. Pra depois descer. Infelizmente este é o segundo e último pedido que irei fazer. O lanche é muito bom, parabéns a equipe no preparo. A equipe de CEO tem muito pra evoluir.
Atualização: Agora são 0:07, ficamos esperando o motoboy até agora o pedido e nada. UM verdadeiro teste de paciência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já pedi um lanche uma vez (2020) e atrasou muito a entrega. Fui reclamar, fui mal atendido e nunca mais pedi. O problema atual para mim são os motoboys com motos irregulares com escapamentos sem o "silencioso" que saem (e chegam) acelerando em alta RPM a altas horas da noite atrapalhando o sono de quem precisa dormir e acordar de madrugada. Hoje, por exemplo, são 04:00am e acabou de sair um motoboy que já me acordou várias vezes essa noite com o barulho ensurdecedor da sua moto. Tem 5 funcionários agora na calçada conversando, alguns em voz alta, dando gargalhadas. Já liguei algumas vezes para reclamar mas ninguém me atende. Exerço atividade de risco, preciso acordar cedo e não aceito tamanho desrespeito com a Lei do Silêncio e funcionários e prestadores de serviços agindo com "Perturbação do Sossego". Já fiz alguns registros com fotos e vídeos e vou denunciar esse grande desrespeito à mim e aos vizinhos que moram nas proximidades e desrespeito às leis de trânsito. Faço votos que em 2022 vocês mudem de endereço ou encerrem as atividades no local. Cheguei aqui muito antes de vocês, American Burguer.
