★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconformada com a situação Eu viúva de Jorge Ferreira Dos Santos moto frentista falecido em 2/08/2018 funcionário da entregadora de documentos Fast Via em Justiça pedirei auxílio no descaso da seguradora em ressarcir os herdeiros por direito e me manifestar sob danos morais humilhações por ter q precisar acionar policiais no local por não querer receber tudo q foi imposto a viúva e filha do falecido ainda menor por despezas ocasionadas a tudo isso, descaso ao pagamento funeral ,descaso por estar trabalhando doente e não foi auxiliado em vida, abertura de conta em nome da viúva e ter o valor retido por um ano sem ter renda no momento e com filha menor sempre nos dispomos a ter contato para saber informações exatas sobre tal assunto e nunca tivemos, a não ser informações vagas sendo que simplesmente essa empresa American Lif trabalha com seguros saberia dar um parecer as unicas herdeiras filha e esposa se as documentação todas registradas em cartório estão interadas a receber ou não a remuneração do que foi cobrado a péssoa falecida enquanto em vida tinha suas funções normais de um trabalhador registrado e que ainda assim, acima de tal ocasião se manteve em silêncio sobre tais documentos que só foi entregue por recorrer a justiça para ter acesso depos de meses a pessoa ja falecida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fui envolvido em um engavetamento em rodovia, onde o causador tem a American Life como seguradora. Estou a 8 dias sem retorno algum referente a vistoria de meu veículo e assim, 8 dias sem carro. Estarei acionando meu advogado para resolver esta situação de outra forma.
Terrible! I was involved in a pile-up on a highway, where the cause has American Life as an insurer. I am 8 days without any return regarding the inspection of my vehicle and thus, 8 days without a car. I will be calling my lawyer to resolve this situation in another way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Tive meu carro batido por uma motorista de ônibus da empresa Londrisul segurada dessa péssima seguradora. Se recusaram a cobrir os danos causados pela motorista desqualificada da empresa. Péssimo atendimento, funcionários despreparados. Precisarei entrar com processo contra a empresa de ônibus.
TOTAL NEGLIGÊNCIA
Se estiver querendo fazer um seguro pense 2 vezes antes de contratar a American Life. Nunca te atendem.
Terrible! I had my car crashed by a bus driver from the Londrisul company, insured by this terrible insurance company. They refused to cover damages caused by the company's disqualified driver. Bad service, unprepared employees. I will need to file a lawsuit against the bus company.
TOTAL NEGLIGENCE
If you are looking to take out insurance, think twice before hiring American Life. They never answer you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Contratamos para seguro de 02 veículos da empresa. Primeiramente que a apólice demorou quase uma semana pra chegar. Deixei atrasar uma parcela e solicitei boleto atualizado já que o boleto não atualiza diretamente no caixa com os juros. Dependemos de aguardar enviarem o novo boleto e Nunca mais enviam. Mais fácil contratar outro seguro do que ficar esperando.
Terrible. We contracted insurance for 02 company vehicles. First, the policy took almost a week to arrive. I left a installment late and requested an updated payment slip as the payment slip does not directly update the cashier with interest. We depend on waiting to send the new payment slip and never send it again. It is easier to hire other insurance than to wait.
