★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local onde se encontra quase de tudo; menos o bom e cordial atendimento que fideliza o cliente. Infelizmente a falta de educação, de gentileza e de cordialidade do gerente dessa loja vai na contra mão de tudo aquilo que o consumidor espera encontrar em termos de respeito e bom atendimento. E não é só ele. sua atendente de caixa sequer cumprimenta o cliente, a atendente da farmácia está mais concentrada no celular. O que essas pessoas talvez não saibam (ou ainda não lhes contaram) são as 5 Verdades das relações de consumo: 1 quem paga seu salário/ 2 quem paga os fornecedores/ 3 quem paga os impostos/4 existem milhares de desempregados querendo sua vaga/ 5 a concorrência de mercado é grande. Então, se o gerente e equipe não trata bem o cliente que sustenta tudo isso, não fazem jus ao posto que ocupam. Porque no fim das contas quem fica no prejuízo é o dono da loja. Além disso, o local não tem vaga destinada para deficientes, o elevador está parado há dias com defeito, obrigando idosos e deficientes a subir e descer pelas escadas com risco enorme de um acidente grave. Mas o gerente se acha "no direito" de ser grosseiro e irônico. Não recomendo, busque a concorrência ao redor.
 Place where almost everything is found; minus the good and cordial service that favors the customer. Unfortunately the lack of education, kindness and cordiality of the manager of this store goes against everything that the consumer expects to find in terms of respect and good service. And it's not just him. your cashier even greets the customer, the pharmacy attendant is more focused on the cell phone. What these people may not know (or haven't told them yet) are the 5 Truths of consumer relations: 1 who pays their wages / 2 who pays suppliers / 3 who pays taxes / 4 there are thousands of unemployed people looking for their job / 5 market competition is great. So, if the manager and team does not treat the customer who supports all of this well, they are not entitled to the position they occupy. Because at the end of the day, the owner of the store is at the loss. In addition, the place does not have a parking space for the disabled, the elevator has been stopped for days with a defect, forcing the elderly and disabled to go up and down the stairs with a huge risk of a serious accident. But the manager feels "in the right" to be rude and ironic. I don't recommend it, look around for the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores Pet shop q já vi...descaso com o cliente...péssimo atendimento...lhes falta muito para se intitularem "melhor amigo do seu amigo"
Ignoram pedidos feitos pela manhã e não se dão trabalho de resolver problemas...culpando sempre os turnos anteriores...enfim fiquem longe...não estão perdendo nada aliás nem os preços são lá essas coisas p não citar os produtos
One of the worst pet shop I've ever seen...negligence with the customer...bad service...they have a long way to go to call themselves "your friend's best friend"
They ignore orders placed in the morning and don't bother to solve problems...always blaming the previous shifts...in the end, stay away...you're not missing out on anything, by the way, the prices aren't those things, so don't mention the products

Para fechar com chave de ouro, o entregador chega sem o troco. Praticamente obrigqndo a pagar no cartão. Não é segredo para ninguém que a loja na Pedro Corrêa vive sendo assaltada, pois não tem segurança. A loja é um baixo astral só, os funcionários vivem tensos ,acham que tudo vai virar assalto.
Esqueçam essa unidade, não serve nem para entrega.
Order placed at 9 am, delivered at 3:40 pm.
To close with a flourish, the delivery man arrives without change. Practically forcing you to pay by card. It's no secret that the store on Pedro Corrêa is constantly being robbed, as it has no security. The store is just a low mood, the employees are tense, they think everything is going to turn into a robbery.
Forget this unit, it's not even for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possivel, o delivery é pessimo e o horario de atendimebto pior ainda. Se vc pedir depois das 18 nao entrega e so inicia o delivery 11 da manha. Nem sei pq a loja fica aberta ate meia noite.

Mais atenção com os clientes
Fui comprar uma casa pro meu cachorro, tinha uma parte q tava quebrada, pedi um desconto, falaram q não.
Mesmo assim, levei outra, mesmo formato,mesmo preço, só q nova.
Poderia ter dado um desconto, pra levar a q tava quebrada.
Pra vender quebrada, deve ser mais difícil.
Só tinha 2, levei a Boa e ficou a quebrada.
Deve ser difícil pra vender nesse estado.
Fora isso, tudo bem?

More attention to customers
I went to buy a house for my dog, there was a part that was broken, I asked for a discount, they said no.
Even so, I took another one, same format, same price, only new.
Could have given a discount, to take the one that was broken.
To sell broken, it must be more difficult.
I only had 2, I took the Boa and the broken one was left.
It must be hard to sell in this state.
Other than that, it's ok ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minhas cachorras pra tomar banho e saíram pior do que entraram, molhadas, com o pelo todo despenteado(isso por que ainda peguei 20 reais a mais pra fazer algo pra reduzir os pelos queimados), e uma delas com a pata sangrando, por que nem cortar a unha direito foi cortada.
I took my dogs to take a bath and they came out worse than they came in, wet, with unkempt fur (that's why I still got 20 reais more to do something to reduce the burnt fur), and one of them with a bleeding paw, why not even cut the right nail was cut.
