★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casa assume uma grande responsabilidade, a de substituir a consagrada Volcana, e a princípio cumpre muito bem o papel. O cardápio é diferente, mas não menos delicioso. Produtos frescos, bacon crocante e pão macio, além de um atendimento cordial. Em minha visita a casa estava vazia. Se conseguirem se aproximar desse padrão com a casa cheia, são dignos das 5 estrelas. Que o tempo e as próximas experiências mostrem que sim.
The house assumes a great responsibility, that of replacing the consecrated Volcana, and at first it fulfills its role very well. The menu is different, but no less delicious. Fresh produce, crispy bacon and soft bread, plus friendly service. On my visit the house was empty. If they can approach this standard with a full house, they are worthy of the 5 stars. May time and future experiences show so.
